Dr. Sherita Parks
Sherita received her bachelor's and master’s in Information Technology and her doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University with a concentration in Healthcare Leadership and Strategic Foresight.
She lives in Hampton Roads, Virginia, with her loving husband James, and furbaby Khloe. She also enjoys her role as grandmother to her five beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time, Sherita enjoys getting in a good workout or enjoying quiet time with a good book.

Dr. Parks has over 25 years of database management and IT leadership experience in the financial services and healthcare industries. She is the author of Reimagining Church Outreach: Partnership Paradigms for Social Change, the founder of Be Well Leadership, a coaching and consulting leadership firm that facilitates health and wellness for leaders and their organizations, and lastly, serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Human Trafficking Justice and Freedom International. Sherita’s primary desire and calling is to serve leaders and organizations who seek restorative justice and wellness for the marginalized, abused, and underserved while partnering with them to facilitate personal and organizational wellness that catalyzes community growth toward wellness.
