Patrick J McKenna is one of the co-founders and president of Human Trafficking Justice & Freedom International (HTJFI). In his role, Mr. McKenna is tasked with increasing the legal partnerships and resources, both locally and abroad, to address the legal needs of trafficking survivors beyond criminal defense.
Dr. Sherita Parks
Vice President
Sherita Parks serves on the Board of Directors for Human Trafficking Justice and Freedom International. She is also the founder of Be Well Leadership, a coaching and consulting firm that facilitates health and wellness for leaders and their organizations. Sherita’s primary passion is to serve leaders and organizations who partner with marginalized, abused, and underserved communities to facilitate personal and organizational wellness that catalyzes wholeness and growth.
Scott K. O’Brien Esq.
Director, Treasurer & Secretary
Scott O’Brien has 15 years of experience in the legal services industry as a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is also serving on the initial Board of Directors of the Human Trafficking Justice & Freedom International (HTJFI) non-profit organization as a Director and as the organization’s Secretary
Kathryn Jeffries
Co-Founder & Board Member
Kathryn Jeffries has demonstrated extraordinary management and leadership skills, as evidenced by accomplishing organizational growth for organizations that served youth and families in crisis for over 25 years. Kathy is experienced in working with many survivors of Human Sex Trafficking.
